Call for Nominations and Applications for members of the Board of Directors of the International Council of AIDS Service Organizations (ICASO)
Are you engaged in the community response to HIV and want to help influence global policy? Founded in 1991, ICASO’s Mission is to mobilize and support diverse community organizations and networks to create and sustain effective responses to HIV. Our global advocacy and community development endeavors are undertaken with a Vision of ending the AIDS epidemic through universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support under a human rights framework.
ICASO is guided by its 2017-2020 Strategic Plan Evidence, Alliances, Advocacy: Sustaining community responses to HIV. ICASO works in partnership with like-minded local, regional and international human rights, HIV, and global health organizations and networks as a core value. A small group of staff based in Canada, supported by consultants around the world, coordinate its work.
