A briefing for the incoming Executive Director of the Global Fund

This briefing paper outlines the ways in which ICASO sees the Global Fund continuing to engage with communities and civil society around the world. It was prepared in consultation with a number of key community representatives who have had a long history with working with the Global Fund.  The paper clearly indicates how we believe that the Global Fund can extend its commitment to community engagement and partnership opportunities.
